You may have noticed earthworks have begun on the first stage of the Rangitahi peninsula development. Pemberton Civil, a locally owned and operated company were awarded the infrastructure contract and began work on January 21, 2018.

Pemberton Civil have a great team onsite and will be doing their upmost to ensure work is completed efficiently. We are anticipating infrastructure works to be completed towards the end of November 2018. Titles are anticipated to issue end of February 2019.

The bridge project continues to make great progress and is still on track for a completion date of September. If you haven’t already, check out the live feed on our website for real time updates.

In other news, we are excited to announce that the next stage – ‘The Retreat,’ is now on the market. We have 28 Lots for sale this time around. All the details can be found on our come and explore page, just click here.

We are so excited to take you on an adventure to discover the Retreat, the next stage of development on the Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan.

With 88 Lots in stage one sold out in less than a year and with the demand still growing to live in this beautiful seaside town, we don’t expect they will be around for long.

The first release of sections in the Retreat is made up of just 28 lots, what will be a five minutes drive from the Raglan township, on the western side of the peninsula.

There are views of the Raglan golf course, the mountain ‘Karioi’, and the inner harbour and of course, established native bush and a few native birds here and there!

Titles are anticipated to issue mid to late 2019 (This is when you can start building!).

So come and explore the peninsula this autumn in the beautiful Raglan.

Make an appointment with us here to check out what’s on offer!

Don’t miss out on stage two!
