Rangitahi Sales update
As you can see from the latest Rangitahi stage 2 map, it’s been a busy summer season for the Rangitahi team!
Looking back, with 88 sections previously being sold in 2017 on Stage 1, this stage quickly sold out. 60% of purchasers were local residents and some sections have gone on to resell through various local agents. With construction of stage 1 slowing due to council restrictions last winter, we’ve been working hard to get the construction complete over the summer. With titles soon to be released, we’re looking forward to seeing the first homes go up on Rangitahi in the coming months!
It’s been great working with our new contractors Hick bros since they started construction on Stage 2 in October 2019. They are well on schedule to complete construction of stage 2, The Retreat in April this year with titles due soon after in June 2020. We released a number of new sections in February 2020 on Stage 2, which have proven to be popular with land buyers. These new release sections (lot 169-188 see map) opened for viewings on the 18th of February and we’ve sold 3 so far, with 7 under enquiry. The sections are all at finish level and pegged out so interested buyers can get the full picture of the sections at completed stage. A lot of interest has come from Hamilton families this time round looking to build a family Bach. More people are getting out of the city and finding themselves enjoying the laid-back beach lifestyle Raglan has to offer. Whether they travel for the consistent surf, good weather or monthly food night markets, there are more and more reasons to come to Raglan. Rangitahi is proving to be a great spot to buy and build your next home away from home.
So if you’ve been thinking about making the transition to a slower pace of life, and like the sound of waking up to views of the mountain and the sea, then we’d recommend you book in a viewing today, sections are selling quickly! We’d love to show you our beautiful new sections and help you create your dream laid-back lifestyle on Rangitahi, so don’t miss out!
