New Release of Sections: Register your Interest!

There are now only 2 sections left in the latest release of sections at Rangitahi in Raglan.

Lot 420 and Lot 421 are the last two sections for sale (see map). They are located on a private ROW facing north east and south east with some views of the harbour and close access to the harbours edge and walking tracks. Construction of the subdivision is now underway, we can't wait to see the progress over the summer months when the sections start to take shape!

We are excited to welcome nearly 60 new families to be part of the future Rangitahi community and build their dream homes here in our little coastal paradise in Raglan.

With The Sanctuary nearly sold out we are pleased to announce that we have a new release of sections just around the corner. We are preparing to release the new sections in November and are now taking registrations of interest. There are a limited number of sections in the release which is located in The Plateau (stage 3).
