New Release - The Landing

We are delighted to announce the release of the latest stage at Rangitahi – The Landing.

‍

The Landing is the fifth stage of Rangitahi and will have 64 sections in total. The landing is nicely tucked away in a secluded basin with northeast views over the water and towards farmland. The sections start at the top of the landing and are tiered down towards the hub of the neighbourhood - a community use reserve that leads out to the water’s edge. The reserve has level access to the harbour for family fun, picnics, swimming, and water sports. The first release of The Landing is made up of 30 terraced lots, there is a mixture of flat and nicely sloped sections so many of the homes will have a lovely view of the sunrise coming up behind the green slopes of the farmland beyond.

The Landing entrance is a 1-2 minute walk from The Plateau, where there will be a small selection of commercial spaces, including daycare and public recreational facilities. You will be able to meander down towards the water’s edge from the landing entrance, with all homes being a mere 1-2 minute’s walk from the water’s edge.
