The Peninsula is really beginning to take shape with so many great-looking homes starting to pop up and fill in the community. We are getting so many comments on how modern and stylish the Rangitahi is, with many people wanting to be a part of the Rangitahi crew.We have a few lingering sections from The Sanctuary remaining that are still up for grabs and only seven sections left in the latest release at The Plateau. THE SANCTUARY

We have three sections remaining in the Sanctuary,

The Sanctuary is a quiet, picturesque area situated on the western side of the Peninsula overlooking the inner harbour, Mount Karioi and the golf course. It is easy to feel connected to nature daily at Rangitahi, with easy access to the walking tracks on the edge of the harbour encouraging you to get out for a bit of fresh air and enjoy the beauty of nature. The Sanctuary is closely connected to the inner harbour and the Omahina Stream, which gently flows through native bush next to the walking track.

We have one remaining premium waterfront section available in The Sanctuary - Lot 407. This is a private west facing section with uninterrupted views overlooking the water and towards the golf course and Mount Karioi. THE PLATEAU

We only have seven sections left from our latest release, and these are the last remaining sections within the Plateau area. The Plateau is at the heart of the Peninsula and boasts the most elevated sections that provide sweeping views of the Peninsula, the Raglan area, and the surrounding farmland. THE LANDING - New release coming up!

We are really excited to announce that there will be a section release of an entirely new area – The Landing. The Landing flows down from the Plateau towards the water's edge, where you will find a wonderful grass area that is perfect for enjoying the Rangitahi lifestyle. There is ground-level entrance into the water, great for swimming during high tide or other water sports.The first release of this area will be coming up very shortly, so be sure to register your interest HERE to be the first to know when they are up for grabs!
