A Rangitahi Residents Feature in Homestyle Magazine

We were thrilled to see that a recently completed home in The Village was featured in the Homestyle Magazine!
Designed by Edwards White Architects and constructed by Anthem Homes, this house was originally designed as a Bach, but after spending the summer here, the owners sold their Hamilton home to live permanently in Rangitahi, Raglan.

While keeping its footprint to a modest 140sqm of living space, this house has been designed and built with modern simplicity in mind, with the primary materials being wood (cedar), steel and concrete. The home features an L shape design to allow for privacy from the street frontage, and once you step into the house, you are greeted with amazing northwest views looking up and over the water.

Being located in the village precinct means that the Raglan township is a stroll away. In Rangitahi, the new owners can drop into The Hut for their morning coffee and will also be able to enjoy the licensed Café that is being built soon, which is a stone's throw away. With native trees surrounding the property and our pest-free environment, the owners have regular visits from Tuis, Kingfishers, and Kakariki, and love the peaceful natural environment of our small coastal community.

You can check out all the details and see more pictures of this amazing home in the latest issue of the Homestyle Magazine, or catch the online version here www.homestyle.co.nz/edwards-whites-rangitahi-bach-project/
