Progress update

You may have noticed earthworks have begun on the first stage of the Rangitahi peninsula development. Pemberton Civil, a locally owned and operated company were awarded the infrastructure contract and began work on January 21, 2018.

Pemberton Civil have a great team onsite and will be doing their upmost to ensure work is completed efficiently. We are anticipating infrastructure works to be completed towards the end of November 2018. Titles are anticipated to issue end of February 2019.

The bridge project continues to make great progress and is still on track for a completion date of September. If you haven’t already, check out the live feed on our website for real time updates.
